Welcome to the Concordia University, St. Paul Planned Giving Calculation Center. The calculator tool will ask you to enter the gift type, property type, gift amount, gift date, number of beneficiaries, term (of years) based on age and other information as asked for. The information will provide you an estimated income projection and a charitable deduction amount that you will be able to use on your current year income tax return, and carry over for up to 5 years if needed.
