Tour Highlights

This custom-created travel experience begins with an exploration by private motor coach of Istanbul and Turkey’s beautiful coastline along the Aegean Sea. Discover the historic and biblical sites of Alexandria Troas, Assos, Pergamum, Sardis and one of the world’s great archeological sites, ancient Ephesus.

Travel to the Turkish port of Kusadasi where a ship becomes the mode of transportation for two nights between Turkey and Greece. These days sailing the Aegean include visits of the Greek islands of Patmos, Crete and Santorini.

The cruise ends on the mainland of Greece with two days to visit the Acropolis in Athens and ancient Corinth on the Peloponnese.

The itinerary is thoughtfully planned and paced with all but one night a multiple stay in the same accommodations.

October is very popular for visiting the Aegean with warm yet mostly comfortable temperatures. Average high/low temperatures for the month of October are: Istanbul 71°F- 53°F, Athens 75°F- 59°F, Izmir 78°F- 55°F, Crete 75°F- 60°F.
