Cost per person is $50.00 – if more than one person comes from a congregation, first registration is $50.00 for the first person and subsequent registrations are $25.00 per person.  Register everyone as a group to take advantage of this discount.

All forms of payment accepted.  For credit card users, please enter information when registration is completed.  For those using cash and check, payments accepted the day of the event.
