Deb (Willing, '08) Stark is celebrating 20 years of marriage on July 26. She is also celebrating 22 years of service as a DCE at St.John's in Midland, MI. They rejoice being empty nesters as their son begins his 2nd year in Mechancial Engineering at Michigan Tech.

Rev. Russell Howen (Acad. '50, J.C. '52) observed his 60th year in ministry leading worship and preaching at Trinity Lutheran Church, Gardnerville, NV. Howen was ordained and installed at Trinity Lutheran Church, Morrill, Nebraska on July 21, 1957. Pastor Howen used the same text of First Corinthians 2:2 and theme "Nothing, But Christ" as he used in his initial sermon at Morrill.
